Ingredients:


45ml 
Marlborough London Dry Gin
15ml Sugar Syrup
30ml Fresh Lemon Juice
60ml Soda Water
Dash of Angostura bitters
Lemon Slice (garnish)
Maraschino Cherry (garnish)


Method:

Add all ingredients directly into a highball glass filled with ice. Stir gently.

Garnish with lemon slice and a maraschino cherry.

Add a dash of Angostura bitters.

Floradora

Ingredients:


40ml 
Marlborough London Dry Gin
20ml Fresh Lime Juice
10ml Rasberry Syrup 
Topped with Ginger Ale


Method:


Fill a shaker with ice cubes.

Add all ingredients into the shaker and shake well.

​Pour unstrained into a chilled highball glass and top off with cold ginger ale.
